You must pay the price shown at checkout using one of the payment methods made available to you.

Where applicable, taxes will be dealt with in accordance with relevant law.

5. DIGITAL CONTENT AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS

Our online courses and downloadable products are digital content.

Where you request access to digital content during the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you before supply begins to:

1. expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and

2. acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the digital-content contract.

Where you provide that express consent and acknowledgement and we begin supplying the digital content, your statutory cancellation right in respect of that digital content will be lost in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

6. REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

Because our digital products provide immediate access to proprietary educational content, we do not ordinarily offer refunds merely because a customer changes their mind after digital supply has begun where the customer has validly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the consequent loss of the statutory cancellation right.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any statutory rights or remedies you may have under UK consumer law.

If you believe digital content is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us at enquiry@dillonmarvelmastery.com with details of the issue so that we can consider the appropriate remedy required by law.

7. ACCESS TO COURSES

Where a product is advertised as providing lifetime access, “lifetime” means access for as long as Dillon Marvel Mastery Ltd continues to make that particular digital product available, subject to these Terms and any rights you have under applicable law.

We may make reasonable updates to course materials, technology or delivery methods.

8. PERSONAL USE ONLY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own personal educational purposes.

You must not:

● Copy or reproduce our materials for commercial use

● Sell or redistribute them

● Share your account or login details

● Upload course materials to another website or platform

● Record, reproduce or distribute videos without permission

● Modify our materials and present them as your own

● Use our intellectual property to create competing commercial products without written permission

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original course materials, videos, worksheets, written content, graphics, branding, frameworks and other materials supplied by Dillon Marvel Mastery Ltd remain our intellectual property or that of the relevant rights holder.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our courses, Self-Checks, workbooks and coaching resources are provided for educational and personal-development purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and do not replace individual advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional healthcare where required.

We do not guarantee that purchasing or completing a programme will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, health or wellbeing outcome.
